WAREHOUSES
We offer a highly specialised and customised integrated logistics service out of our own warehouses, located within a 30 km radius of Milan, as well as out of the goods storage facilities that Magis manages under the Alvi Food brand “at the customer’s home”.
We handle the consignment of our customers’ products on premises equipped with appropriate ventilation and refrigeration systems, which enable us to guarantee a constant temperature of between 14ºC and 18ºC, essential for keeping certain categories of goods (especially foodstuffs). We also have some storage areas at room temperature and, for some customers with special needs, we also manage areas where the temperature is lowered to 4ºC. This is our idea of “personalised service”: adapting to your needs, putting ourselves at your complete disposal. And we do this with dedication, passion and the utmost care.
Flexibility is also fundamental and we are able to pick at piece, container or pallet level. We make extensive use of technology through a radio frequency warehouse (fully covered by Wi-Fi), with continuous exchange of information with customers and suppliers, also in EDI mode, which is useful for improving space and time planning, the automated process of scheduling deliveries, registration of serial numbers and deadlines, Track&Trace. These are a set of elements and indicators that allow our company to offer you a service of excellence, with deliveries throughout the country and delivery times in line with those of our biggest and most successful competitors.
